We worked with Peter Heyer of Heyer Expectations to find the replacement for one of our key employees. Peter did an excellent job for us. He was able to locate the exact right person for the position. He took the time to meet with myself and others in our organization so that he could gain an understanding of the overall workings of our agency, and get an idea of the type of person/personality we were looking for. Peter saved me an incredible amount of time and stress. He screened out several potential candidates and sent me 4 extremely qualified individuals. He met with each of the 4 finalists and scheduled both their first and second interviews with me/for me. He took care of every detail from locating and screening potential candidates to the initial meetings to checking references, and even conducting thorough background checks. We couldn’t have located our wonderful new employee without him! We are very pleased with his work, and would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a new employee.
